Image appears distorted due to power interference.
Cause:
Electrical power interference from nearby electrical appliances that aren't well shielded (e.g., laser printers, fluorescent lights, major conduits, etc.) is interfering with the computer display.
Solution:
Adjust or move display to another location, or if possible move the object causing the electrical interference.
Do one of the following until the image on the screen no longer appears distorted:
1) Adjust the display unit slightly.
2) Move the display unit to another position on the desk.
3) If possible, move any other appliances away from the display unit (fluorescent lamps, laser printers, photocopiers, etc.).
4) If moving the appliance away from the display unit in step 3) is not possible, move the computer away from any other electrical appliances (fluorescent lamps, laser printers, photocopiers, etc.).
